When is the estimated date I can try out V3 and start participating in the network?

The V3 network is in Production! You can freely register on any applicable satellite and start to use the Storj DCS (Storj Decentralized Cloud Storage) - the Enterprise level Storj object storage network backed by SLA.

Storage Node Operators (SNOs) who want to share their storage space on the V3 network can request an authorization token to be invited to participate; currently Storage Node Operators can join the network only by signing their node's identity with the auth token which is unique to each node.
