Why was my payout incorrect?

Payment is made during the first two working weeks of the next month for the previous one.

If you feel your payout was incorrect and would like to dispute it, please do the following;

1. To see a payout for v3 you can check your address on https://etherscan.io/ on the Tokens tab.
2. You can view your past payouts and current estimation on the web dashboard (for Windows GUI and for Docker).
3. You also can calculate your earning from the local database with the script: Calculate the current earnings for v3.
4. If you see a discrepancy between Etherscan and dashboard, then please, submit a ticket on https://support.storj.io with results of the script and your wallet address.
