During low demand times, you should get your invite email shortly after filling in the SNO signup form. However, when our auth token dispenser detects that there is a high demand for tokens, the invites will be queued and sending them out will be throttled until we have processed all requests in the backlog for the day. So if you don't immediately receive your invite, it may just be a matter of patience, and you should get it after a few hours. We also may throttle invites based on metrics besides the above. The metrics center on network stability. If we allow too many users on at once during times that we do not have much new data uploads created by newly onboarded customers, there won't be enough data for all storage node operators to earn revenue on the network, which could make them leave the network, which could then in turn impact data reliability during the critical testing phase of our public beta.
Watch for an email from our team, which will have more details about how to join the network. Be sure that you used Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser with ad-blockers disabled. Not using the right browser is a common issue that could result in no token being issued.
